# Ecom Tools — FAQ > Answers to the most common questions about the Ecom Tools subscription. ## Why is it so cheap? By pooling resources and offering shared access to our suite of tools, we can significantly reduce costs. This shared model lets us take advantage of economies of scale, so members receive a cost-effective subscription while still enjoying a seamless experience across all our services. ## Is it shared tools? Yes, all tools are shared — that's what makes it affordable. However, we have a system that lets you use tools in private mode (for example AI chat tools), and then download your chat to your local disk to avoid privacy concerns. ## What happens if a tool runs out of credits? We automatically replenish credits for continuous service. ## Can I get a refund after gaining access? All sales are final. Upon payment you receive immediate access to exclusive content and resources. For this reason we do not offer refunds. See /refund-policy.md. ## How can I cancel my subscription? You can cancel any time. Open a support ticket on Discord, email support@ecom-tools.com, or log in and manage the subscription cancellation yourself before the next renewal. ## Can I share my access with others?
